Replacement Tenant Needed

Due to both health and personal issues, I have to replace myself in this house - and find another accommodation. It is £436 pcm for rent and about £40 a month for utilities. It is the biggest room in the house. The house is just under a 10 minute walk from Sainsbury's and about a 15 minute walk to Highfield campus.
