I am looking for someone to take my place in a 4 bedroom flat on Portswood road. The tenancy runs until 27 June 2025. The rent is £450 pcm and the bills are £98.21 pcm and are unlimited. The flat is a 2 min walk from Sainsburys and a 10 min walk from campus. It is an all male flat. The flat has two toilets, one shower and a kitchen/living room area.
