We’re a group of three girls looking for a fourth girl for next year. We’re a nice group of second year girls (will be 3rd year when you’re with us) who enjoy the occasional night out but spend a lot of our time together in the living room. We do a range of degrees including psychology and marine biology. The house is really nice and we’ve made it our home! We’re just looking for another lovely girl to join. Contract starts in July 2025. Rent is £113.75 per week (£455 per month). Not including bills. We’re clean, the house is cosy, and walking distance to uni, Portswood, and the city centre.
