Looking for 3 housemates next year for 2025/26

Hi, I am leaving my house and am looking for a replacement tenant to take over for me next academic year. It is a 5-bedroom house located on Avenue Road and the tenancy begins July 1st 2025 and ends June 2026. Rent is £419 per month and utilities are £109 a month so rent is roughly £120pppw including bills. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, and a driveway that can fit 2 cars.
