Looking for 1 housemate next year for 2025/26

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It is a 5-bedroom house located on Avenue Road and the tenancy begins July 1st 2025, and ends June 2026. Rent is £419 per month and utilities are £109 a month so rent is roughly £120pppw including bills. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower, and a driveway that can fit 2 cars, but one of us uses one of the spots (the street we're on is free parking tho). We are a house of 4 very friendly girls all entering our 2nd year and are open to meeting someone new :)
