Second year girl looking for house

Hello Im currently in a house but want to move out next year as it’s old and far from the uni. All my friends are renewing their contracts so I can’t move in with them. Im clean/polite and would be happy to help out with the house as much as possible :) Don’t really have any requirements (I just had to enter stuff like desired number of flatmates but I don’t mind) just want nice people I can get along with
