52 ripstone gardens (right next to Highfield campus). 6 person £98 pppw (bills not incl) very nice open lounge and kitchen. Need the last two spaces filled ASAP. We're very friendly and like to hang out in common areas a lot for anyone who is sociable. Holding deposit has been paid so just need someone willing to start by 6th of September.
