Looking for 1 more person to live in a 4 person house 🥰

Hi we are 3 people (2 women and 1 gay man) all aged 21 living in a 4 person house and are in need of 1 more person to live with next year. The house is a 10 minute walk away from highfield campus and the rent including bills is £475 per month. We are welcoming and friendly and ideally looking for 1 more person to live with us :). The house is really nice and the bedroom is spacious with an upstairs and downstairs bathroom and a lovely conservatory lounge. The tenancy starts in July 2025 until July 2026🤩.
