Looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy

Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy from around end of January/ beginning of February to the 30th June. It’s in a 4 bed house on Wilton Avenue so it’s a central location, close to shops, the train station, and lots of clubs, pubs and restaurants. It’s £538 a month with unlimited bills for a large room with an en suite bathroom (no toilet in the bathroom, only a shower and a sink). The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, the built in wardrobe, the bed, the desk and the chair. I can leave you the clothes rack if you really want it! The house has a large kitchen and seperate living room, and has 2 seperate toilets and an extra bathroom.
