Looking for 1 replacement housemate

Hi, due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to drop out of a 4 bed house for next year and am looking for a replacement tenant. The house is in a good location, a short bus ride or walk to campus and a 2 minute walk to Aldi, Jesters and Sobar. Rent is £149 per week bills included and you would be sharing with 3 first year girls.
