ASAP Looking for 1 to join a house of 4 from now until July 2025

Hi, we are 3 students (2 masters, 1 PhD) who are looking for a housemate to replace a current housemate ASAP who is moving out this month. You will be able to live here from now until the end of the contract (end of june this year). The house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, rent is £425 per month without bills.
