Looking for 2 more people for 6 bed house, close to uni

We are looking for two students, preferably third year or masters (but open to all), as two of us are leaving as we will no longer be students. The house is a 10 minute walk to Highfield campus, but is also a short walk to Sainsbury’s and Portswood. The rent is £126 per person per week, bills included. The tenancy starts July 1st 2025, and ends June 30th 2026. It has 6 bedrooms, and a spacious living room/kitchen, and the kitchen has been recently refurbished. Each room is furnished, including a double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Both rooms available are on the ground floor and are next to the downstairs bathroom. There are 2 boys and 2 girls already, who are very respectful and friendly, and would like anyone interested to also be. Please let me know if you are interested or have any more questions :)
