Replacement Tenant Needed NOW, WILL PAY 5% RENT and WIFI

I’m looking for a replacement tenant, preferably a girl in my 4-bedroom house as I have moved out. Rent is £517.50 per month, plus about £40 for utilities. The house is on Upper Shaftesbury Avenue, a 4 minute walk to the bus stop. It’s a 10-minute short walk to both Highfield Campus and Portswood Sainsbury’s. I can pay for your part of the WIFI bill (£10 a month) and 5% of rent (£26 a month). You’d be living with two guys and one girl (One 3rd year and two 4th year students) who are easy-going and clean.
