Looking for 1 person to join 4 bed house

Hi! We’re a group of 3 very friendly first-year students looking for a fourth housemate to join us in a cozy four-bedroom house near Highfield campus. I’m a mechanical engineering student, and my housemates are studying different courses. The house has four double bedrooms, one bathroom, and is less than a 10-minute walk to campus, with a weekly rent of £105 per person. We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy, and quiet.
