replacement tenant

Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me in my current contract; I have decided to defer this year, so I won't be living in Southampton. I live with two guys in a three-bedroom house. I have the master bedroom on the top floor which is what you would be moving into. The house is right between the city centre and campus and has easy access to both. rent: 450 per month bills: 142.31 per month- 1000mbps Internet package, unlimited gas + electricity total= 592.31 per month If you are interested, message me, and I can send you pictures and any other information you would like.
