Bright large room available in a 3 bedroom house in the city centre (Bedford place) from December to 29th July

Hello, I am looking for someone to take my place in a three bedroom house. It is located in a nice neighbourhood and close to pubs, shops and a Sainsbury's. There is a bus stop closeby (5mins walk) and only 15mins walk to Southampton Central train station. The house has a living room with sofa bed, TV and dining table, there is also a lounge area next to a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer. There is a spacious and bright kitchen facing the garden with plenty of cupboard space, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. The room is on the 1st floor and has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, nightstand and set of drawers with one big window facing the garden and a smaller window on the side. Each room has a private toilet located at the ground floor but would have to share the shower with one other person. The rent is £563.33 + £100 bills paid monthly. Current flatmates are two females (over 21 years old) very welcoming and friendly. Don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.
