Looking for a second year house near Highfield campus

Hey, I'm a first year male Biology student looking for a room relatively near campus. I'm happy to live with 4-6 people, either just with other guys or mixed. I'm looking for a quieter house with not too many parties etc during the week. I'm easy to get along with, clean, respectful and relatively quiet. I'm hoping for a budget of around £150/week with or without bills included. I'd be looking to move in at the start of semester 1 in 2025 (2nd year).
