Current housemate is looking to move out at the end of February and is looking to find someone to replace his tenancy. It is a reasonably big room with a double bed and is fully furnished. Rent is £450 a month and bills are £112 a month. The house is a 10 minute walk from Highfield campus and the house has a driveway. The house has 2 large bathrooms and generally the house is on the larger side. There is a massive garden. The current tenancy is due to end on 31st of July.
