Two 3rd year guys looking for 2 more housemates to extend tenancy

The house is a 15-20 min walk from campus on Burgess road, near the McDonalds. Rent should be about £105 per person per week, bills not included. Three rooms are fairly large and one is quite small so we currently split the rent so the person with the smaller room pays slightly less. We are both third years and are looking to stay for our Master's degrees. We would expect a decent level of cleanliness and would like a fairly quiet house (though not opposed to hanging out so long as we can get work done too). I already live here and would like to stay for next year since I think it is a good location/house. Happy to answer any questions.
