Hi, we are a group of 3 girls with one spare room to fill for the 2025–2026 year. The property is a fully furnished 4-bedroom, second-floor split-level apartment with a private balcony. There are two bathrooms. All rooms have small double beds, desks, and fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a drier. Great location: London Road area, close to the city centre, and only a 15-minute bus ride to the Highfield campus (the bus stop is located right outside of the building). Close to shops (Lidl, Tesco express, Nisa local, Asda, etc.), bars and restaurants, and takeaways. Rent per person for a month: £560 (bills included) [GIRLS ONLY]!!!
