Looking for replacement tenant in portswood

I am looking to move to a friend’s house that has an opening which is closer to highfield so I am giving up this room. I would ideally like someone to replace me now but I also wouldn’t mind if you have to move in from second semester. I am currently living with four other third year students (2 male 2 female) who are all very sociable and tidy. The rent is £450 pcm with £109 pcm in utilities which includes WiFi. There are 2 bathrooms (one for boys, one for girls), a toilet downstairs, washer-dryer, one fridge-freezer and extra freezer etc. The room has a double bed, desk, sink and closet.
