Need a tenant replacement

Available now. Second largest room in the house on Milton Road (SO15). House is currently filled with 4 other boys all in their last year of 4 year courses. Rent is £430 a month plus bills (normally £28-35 each a month). Room comes furnished with a double bed. House has 2 bathrooms and includes a washer, dryer and dish washer. The house was refurbished 3 years ago so appliances are modern.
