We have 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living room/kitchen, and a large garden (with a picnic bench and bbq :D). Rent is £574 pm bills included. We are very close to both Highfield campus and Portswood, and a minute away from a bus stop. We are all friendly and clean, always down to chill in the evening with our 50in TV.
