In a 3 bedroom house on Broadlands Road, looking for 1 female housemate

We are looking for a female housemate who prioritises their degree, and is friendly but doesn't bring people round too often. We are close to Highfield campus and a 10 minute walk from Portswood. We are living at the house this year and are just replacing someone who is going on a study abroad, though the person who chooses to move in with us can stay on for as many years as they like. There is a large bedroom available and there are 2 bathrooms and a study room in the house. We also have a garden. We are paying a very reasonable rent at the moment and we keep bills low.
