2 mins away from highfield campus looking for 1 housemate

It is a 5 bedroom house, we’re currently group of 4 made up of 3 males and 1 female and looking for one more person. We take marine biology, oceanography and criminology and psychology. We are all clean and like to have a chat but also respect your own time. All the bedrooms are double beds, and there are 2 bathrooms, however one of the bathrooms is fairly small and might be mainly sharing either 4 to one bathroom upstairs. The cost is £145 pw including bills there is a spacious living room, a dining table, a modern kitchen with a good amount of storage. The surrounding area is ideal with close bus links and the 2 minute walk from highfield campus close to some pubs and is a general good location to meet with friends.
