Replacement tenant needed

Hiya, I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a 5-bedroom student house in Portswood. The rent is £480 per month with bills around £13 per month. The house has two bathrooms and a big kitchen and living room space - you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Housemates are all friendly and sociable nursing Masters students.
