Tenancy started 14th September and will end 19th July. £179/week, bills included. Room is Ground Floor, easily accessible. Close to the high street and has great transport links (10 mins from Holyrood Road to get U1A). 4 other people in the flat. Room is furnished, unserved storage, good bathroom and kitchen facilities.
