Our house is located at the top of the road right behind the library so we are super close to campus! We are a clean and friendly house and we are excited to welcome two new people to our house as two current tenants will not be staying next year due to placements. We do a range of degrees such as computer science, mechanical engineering, chemistry, biology and zoology. We are all currently second years with one third year staying to do a masters next year. Rent is £520 pppm bills excluded. There is a room available at the back on the ground floor and one at the back on the second floor. We will accept a pair or single applications and we don't mind what genders fill our spaces. With these two empty spaces filled it is a house of seven but with our large house it never feels overcrowded and we act as one big happy family. Our lovely garden came with a massive trampoline that is hours of fun. We also love doing fun activities together like pumpkin carving and ice skating. Let us know if you're interested :))
