Rent = £172 a week (paid in instalments) £250 advanced rent needed I live with 5 students, all female between ages 18-22 Room comes with small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. Bathroom comes with toilet, sink, room shower, bin. Kitchen comes with 2 sinks, 2 draining areas, 2 hobs, 2 ovens/grills, microwave, table and chairs, sofa, TV 15 minutes walk from Solent university 25 minutes drive from University of Southampton Walking distance to City Centre Nearby shops/supermarkets: Premier (across the road) Aldi (7 min walk) Tesco (10 min walk) PM if interested 🙂
