Large, Furnished Room near Highfield - Flexible Move in

Hello! I have a room available with a flexible start date and tenancy lasting until September (with option to extend). Rent is £569 with all bills included, and fast wifi. This is a post-grad house with 9 total rooms, and 6 bathrooms on the property. Thanks to several ensuites, 3 bathrooms are shared by 6 students. Brand new kitchen was fitted in December, double bed and nice desk (and other furnishings) are in the room, and there are 2 washing machines. There is also a large lounge, lots of space for drying laundry, and a garden area out back. I love this room and its big windows, but need to move somewhere closer to the campus that I study at for my dissertation work.
