Need 3 more housemates

Hey, we are three second-year students looking for three more students in our house, as the other three are third years and thus won't be here next year. The house is in the Polygon area in Southampton, it takes me about 30-35 mins to walk to university (highfield). There are 4 toilets, and three showers altogether, though one room is an ensuite. So excluding that, 3 toilets and two showers. (The person in the ensuite this year won't be present next year) There is also a garden, a separate laundry room etc There are also two private parking spaces for this house exclusively It is currently £472 a month including bills. 400 without. We aren't picky really, we just wish for people who aren't too loud and are clean. If you are interested or have any questions, I will try to answer them as soon as possible.
