Two bedroom ground floor flat located on a picturesque tree lined street. The property comes newly furnished with all furniture and appliances. Id like to share the property with a male roommate, preferably 3rd year but second year or post grad is fine. I’m a humanities student and I’m quite active so would be good if you were too. I’m clean and tidy and have a relaxed demeanour when it comes to house chores. The property is 15 minute walk away from both Highfield and avenue campuses. Located 10 minutes away from Lidl and a short walk away from Portswood high street. It is just 5 minutes away from the Common, as well as 3 separate Unilink bus stops. Rent is £170 a week which includes all bills. With a 2 week deposit.
