Housemate needed ASAP!!!

We're 3 (2 boys, 1 girl) first years looking for a replacement housemate ASAP as we've had a person drop out - The house is on Highfield Lane; 5min walk to Highfield campus and similar distance to Avenue (situated right between both campuses). The rent + bills is 135pppw for a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom with a small garden and all appliances included.
