Looking for a female housemate

We are three first year modern languages students (one girl and two boys) and are looking for a fourth housemate, preferably a girl to keep a balance. Our house is lovely, with a recently renovated kitchen, big living room, nice garden, and is extremely close to Highfield Campus (5 minute walk). Rent would be around £130 a week, not including utilities but is very good value considering it is so nice for a student house.
