Looking for someone to take my place in a student house

Hi, I am looking for someone that needs a room in a student house to take my place. There are 6 others living in the house who I can all personally vouch for as clean and considerate. They are all second years and are taking a variety of courses. The room is £470 a month before utilities and is in a great location- 15 minute walk from highfield campus and close to areas such as portswood. Please contact if interested, thanks in advance.
