6 Person House 5 minutes from Highfield Campus!

A large house on Sherborne road that is fully furnished with double beds and desks etc. 2 bathrooms. The housemates are my former flatmates and I can vouch that they are incredibly respectful, helpful, clean and tidy. Very easy to live with. They are all turning 20 this year and entering second year. There are 2 girls and 3 boys. Due to last minute change of plans I cannot stay in the house next year meaning my room is up for grabs. Rent is £622/month with all utilities included. The kitchen is very spacious and up to date, there is also a common area with a game console that comes with the house. There is also a garden.
