Double bed room available for Semester one in Highfield!

Looking for a replacement for semester one (September - January) in my spacious 5 bedroom house in the Highfield area. A less than 10 minute walk to campus, with easy bus links to Wide Lane and the City Centre. The room advertised is the largest in the house, south facing with lots of natural light. It comes with a built in desk, double bed, large wardrobe, and lots of storage options. There are two bathrooms in the house. There is a well-equipped kitchen (double fridge freezer, oven & gas hob, washing machine and dryer) with a connected living room featuring a 50 inch 4K TV (and Xbox!). The other tenants are all male, very clean, and very friendly. Rent is £480 per month, with bills around ~£30 per month. The tenancy period could start after August 1st, and end after Semester 1 exams finish. I am only leaving to study abroad first semester - I will really miss the house!
