Looking for one person to fill room in a 3-bed house for 2025-26

2 second year geography (girl) students looking for a housemate to fill 3rd bedroom for next year. The house is in Bevois Valley just past Portswood and rent is £630-£655 a month bills included. The house has a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. We enjoy movie nights and activities as a flat, are quiet and tidy and don't stay out late.
