1. Welcome & Apologies

Sam ran through the apologies, and welcomed everyone to the meeting. 

2. Grant Decisions

The zone decided on the grant applications. 

3. AOB

Rewriting the by-law: the by-law working group has met and made some suggestions, Sam will be writing these up over Easter.  Sam asked the group if they would be a happy to approve via round robin over Easter.  The Zone agreed.  

Intramural: Sam suggested that the left over money from the various grants rounds be used to help Intramural teams. While we can’t grant money to IM clubs for their kit (due to it not meeting the aims of the Education Zone in grants rounds).  Sam suggested using the funds left over from the Grants round to invest in “hard” bits of kit (cones, bibs and balls etc.), which clubs could then sign out as and when they needed it.  The zone thought this was a good idea.  Sam to investigate and feedback.
