Refund accommodation fees for all students

Hold a referendum for SUSU to lobby the University for a refund of January halls accommodation fees for all students.

Students who have been advised to not return until the 1st February, due to no face to face lectures, and who also left in December during the student travel window, as well as students who do not return, should be refunded for the month of January (and December) from their overall rent fees. As there is no real need for these students to be on campus, they should not have to pay for the room, the services or the facilities that would be provided for that month. The University advised students to not return, and therefore, the University recognises it is not safe for students to return to campus, and students should not have to pay for staying on campus, especially due to student welfare and wellbeing. The University will also need to recognise that it is not safe for students to return to collect their belongings over the January period, and therefore, requesting students to move out during this month would be unfair and would put student safety at risk which is something they have been prioritising.
