3.1 RJ - currently deciding on content for Women's Issue of The Edge. Issue 6 is ready to view. The website hits are consistant and are hoping for 800 by end of March. Currently planning AGM.
3.2 AKM - PA Ball has been set up to be held at St. Mary's this year which will be the biggest one yet. There are 5 people up for awards and the Creative Industries Zone Committee will decide the winner. AGM has been set and draft logo designs have been made. PA didn't get the piano funding, the piano is out of tune. They applied to the Education Enhancement Fund for this to be rectified but they refused the application. The Nuffield show went well but ended up losing £500, however they really looked after Theatre Group this time and PA will not be pursuing their complaint to the Nuffield.
3.3 SI - The Middle Earth Marathon went very well and made £1000 profit. UF are working hard to get The Avengers next. Have got an outdoor screening coming up on 6th June and AGM is sceduled for 10th May. SI has encountered a mix up with the budget and wanted some overspends to be cleared up - MD to look into January zone report.
3.4 HMH - Currently planning elections coverage and is going on fm radio next Saturday. Also coming up are 7 live streams for Varsity, which is very exciting. There is a 48 hour marathon in the pipeline too. £2000 seems to have disappeared from the budget, MD is due to speak to Paul in a funding catch up so will hopefully be able to pinpoint where this has gone. Funding is needed by 03.03.15 for SURGE to be able to cover the election, otherwise a plan B will need to be sorted. The absolute latest Hannah needs to know what funds will be available is 11th March.
3.5 TC - Issue 5 of Wessex Scene is back. The fashion issue is done and will hopefully be sent by Wednesday. The new website is up and running and looks really good; we had 800 views by 8am which is really promising. MD will put out a blog on the new website to attract more people. AGM is planned for 28th April. TC raised the issue that candidates for the election are contacting her asking the content of their interviews to be changed or deleted. MD will be contacting all candidates to inform them this is not allowed.
3.6 JS - Nasta ticket sales are now closed and 18 people have paid, but now they need to sort out travel. The Elections are going well and the breakdowns from each halls will be going up on the website. Unfortunately there are still ongoing problems with computers. MD urged her to tell Paul, but JS not happy that this is an ongoing issue. This is causing problems with editing and issues keep occurring.
