Olympic Weightlifting

Weightlifting is a fantastic way to improve your overall athleticism and strength. Whether you are interested in competing, want to improve your performance in another sport or just try something new, come along to a session. We train on Wednesday at 4pm at Lakeside Weightlifting Club and on Monday at 7pm at the Team Southampton Gym, Wide Lane. If you have any questions just send us an email and we'll reply as soon as possible.

We train Mondays 7pm-9pm and Saturdays 10:30-12:30 at Wide Lane and Wednesdays 4pm - 6pm at Lakeside Weightlifting club.

Membership Information

These are the current membership fees offered by Olympic Weightlifting, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
