SUENS Hockey
Southampton University Engineers and Nurses Hockey (SUENs) is a friendly mixed IM team open to all abilities and degrees. No prior experience is required, and equipment can be provided. Whether you are looking to play competitively or develop your skills, the team will welcome and support your goals with regular training, matches and of course socials (of the drinking and non-drinking variety). Welcome to the SUENs Hockey Page!
We are a mixed hockey team of 20+ members that plays matches against other IM teams on Sundays and aren’t shy of the occasional social. IM hockey is played across a range of skill levels, from those with no experience to members that also play AU club hockey.
Please note that it is not necessary to be either an Engineer or a Nurse to join SUENs. While the team does consist of many engineers and nurses, anyone is welcome to come and play. To get involved, feel free to come to our training sessions every Friday 8-10pm (from 04/10/24) at Southampton Universities Wide Lane sports ground. No experience is required, and equipment can be provided.

These are the current membership fees offered by SUENS Hockey, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
