Join us for a festive day trip to the Winchester Christmas Market!

We’ll meet at Southampton Central Train Station (Costa Coffee Side) at 10:30 a.m., where we'll catch the train together to Winchester.

Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a scenic walk to the market, taking in the holiday atmosphere and decorations along the way. Once at the market, you’ll have free time to explore the charming stalls, enjoy seasonal treats, shop for gifts, and soak up the Christmas spirit at your own pace.

We’ll regroup at the end of the day to take the train back together, bringing home memories and holiday cheer!

What you need to prepare:

You will need to buy a return or two single tickets, you can either do this inadvance via South Western Railway website, or purchase on the day, and your guide will show you how to do so. The tickets currently costs £10.20, or £6.90 if you have a Railcard.

Full Itinerary:

10:30 - Meet at Southampton Central Station, outside the main entrance, opposite Costa Coffee. Anyone who needs to buy a ticket or redeem theirs, can do so then.
10:54 - Train from Southampton to Winchester
11:30 - Arrive in Winchester and walk to the Christmas Market
11:45 - FREE time - go shopping, explore the sites, take in the festive spirit, or go for lunch. If you would like the guide to stay with you during this time, please let them know and they would be more than happy too.
15:00 - Meet at the meeting point, which will be confirmed on the day, then make the way back to the train station.
15:27 - Train back to Southampton Central
