Ashtanga with Michelle - Ashtanga Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic challenging style of yoga where you move through a set series of asanas guided by the breath. It includes Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, seated postures and inversions. The class is suitable for all levels although a reasonable level of fitness or a desire for a challenge would be useful. Options are always available so that you can adapt the practice.
