But Why Bump Off Barnaby? is a comedy that combines suspense, intrigue, murder, and off-the-wall humour. The long-absent member of an aristocratic English family, Barnaby Folcey returns home at the request of patriarch Orion Leduc. Things aren't all as they appear to be as the family gathers at Marlgate Manor, and before long, Barnaby, the poorest member of the family, is murdered. While the bizarre group frantically tries to unmask the murderer, people vanish, poison is found in the sherry and the police are nowhere to be seen. Meanwhile, there's a secret treasure to be found, a mystifying limerick to decode and all sorts of doom to be avoided before the killer is finally unmasked. N.B. The doors will open 15 minutes before the start time, and programmes will be on sale for £2 each. Cash payment is preferred however bank transfer is also an option.
