Ella Green

Hi, 

I'm Ella. I am a second year undergraduate student studying BSc Sociology. I would like to nominate myself for this position as I am passionate about social mobility. I believe that diverse thought should be promoted throughout university, ensuring a representative community. As a Sociology student I am very interested in social change and the ever change flexible society we now live in. The main aim I want to achieve in my role at Southampton university is to succeed in nurturing an inclusive environment where student feel as though they belong. Establishing a more supportive culture within social science will enrich shared communication and thought provoking ideas and opinions, which are all important within this field of study. I will ensure there are established social events to do this where student can attend activities and engage with a wider range of student to make friends.
