As an ECS student in my first year, I am already aware of some issues affecting us. For instance, there are times when there aren't enough seats for everyone in lectures, and we lack a direct way to communicate with lecturers if we miss a class. While student representatives are tasked with making our voices heard, I want to ensure that our concerns are not only considered but also met with clear responses.

I see myself as someone who advocates for the best interests of students, and I am more than willing to dedicate my time to listen to what my peers feel isn’t being addressed. I can also be persistent, if there’s a message that isn’t reaching the student reps, rest assured I will do everything I can to make it heard. After all, a trustee should act as the bridge between the student body and the representatives.
