Why vote for Wilson Wijaya?
Dear fellow students,
My name is Wilson, and I'm studying Finance and Financial Technology. Wanting to create a positive impact and a supportive community, I am thrilled to run for the role of Business School President, and I would be honoured to receive your support as we work towards a better university experience.
I am passionate about fostering a more positive and inclusive environment to promote student success and professional development. When elected, I will strive to create more opportunities to achieve this goal by creating networking events and inviting speakers, ensuring fellow students have access to practical tools for their development.
Furthermore, my vision is to have a strong community in the school where fellow students collaborate and have transparent communication. To that end, I aim to create group chats to foster that sense of community. Not only will this create more opportunities for student-to-student interactions, but I believe this will also positively impact student representation throughout the business school.
Additionally, I strongly believe in transparent communication and feedback between fellow students and instructors. To that end, I will act as a bridge and deliver feedback through channels like the School Programmes Committees and SSLCs. I will ensure the transparency of feedback and results to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the business school.
I have extensive leadership and organizational experience, ranging from student council to competitive debating. Using my experience and your views, we can create a more enjoyable university experience together.
Thank you,
Wilson Wijaya
