Why vote for Debora Turbulento?
To make this challenging degree a better experience for everyone, I aim to bring the Southampton physicist community together with more field trips, collaboration opportunities, and better communication between staff and students. Physics can be tiring, overwhelming, and downright dreadful if not properly accompanied by exciting engagement in the field. We need more opportunities to be reminded of the fun and thrilling world of physics after spending days staring at the chalkboards. I'll do this by implementing activities such as fun day trips to physics-y destinations or more industry opportunities. Furthermore, I aim to increase collaboration between physics students so we can bond more over our unfortunate circumstances, such as organizing study sessions where we can help each other out! You might not be able to trust an atom (after all they make up EVERYTHING) but you can trust ME to represent the student voice next year! VOTE FOR DEBORA !!!!!!
