Why vote for Alex Robinson?
My name is Alex, and I'm going into the third year of my PhD, based on Level E of Clinical & Experimental Sciences in Southampton General Hospital. As treasurer of the Life Sciences Postgraduate Society, I am already integrated into the PGR student cohort of the Faculty of Medicine.
Representing the LSPS committee, and as a student myself, I talk regularly to many students about their feelings working as a PGR in the Faculty of Medicine. As PGR Officer for FoM, I aim to address the main recurring concerns of the student body. I want to especially focus on inclusivity, diversity, mental health support, and above all improving the sense of student community in FoM.
